Holle Organic A2 Goat Milk Powder is suitable from 36 months onwards and is ideal for the whole family. A great alternative to cow's milk that the whole family can enjoy, both children and adults. Not intended as food for infants or young children under the age of 3. The new Holle goat whole milk powder consists of 100% high quality goat whole milk from organic farming. Made purely with A2-beta-casein goat protein without any other additives. The beta-casein in this powder is structurally different than the ones found in A1 milk, due to the difference in the amino acids present. This difference is important because beta-casomorphin-7 (BCM7), the end product of protein breakdown, is not produced once the A2 milk is digested.  Holle's whole goat milk powder can be used as a milk drink, or as a milk base for coffee and tea, porridges, puddings, sauces, baked goods and cakes.
